Position Summary:
The office manager role will be a key part of the administrative and organizational engagement throughout the office space. The ideal candidate will primarily manage day to day functionality of the workplace. This position will assist with coordinating office calendars and events. In addition, the office manager role will work closely with our director of operations in maintaining procedures and processes in place for client reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage event coordination – including, but not limited to, making reservations, coordinating catering, ordering materials
- Assist in setting up meetings and coordinating use of conference rooms
- Assist in the management of the expense process for partners
- Coordinate calendars for external meetings
- Coordinate business travel and itineraries
- Coordinate calendars for external meetings
- Assist with inventory and orders for all office supplies as needed
- Assist with the reception and direction of clients at the office or at off-site meetings
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting office, IT, or any other issues
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or coordination is preferred
- Ability and desire to work independently, with strong follow-through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
