Matthew Ogle is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Legacy Knight. Prior to Legacy Knight, Matthew was the President and Chief Investment Officer of a Dallas-based single-family office where he also served as a managing partner in the family’s $2 billion private equity business.
Prior to the family office, Matthew was a Managing Director for Crow Holdings Capital where he helped build out the single-family office into a multi-family office with 32 families and $6.5 billion in assets under management. Prior to Crow, Matthew worked in investment banking / private banking for both RBC and Credit Suisse.
Matthew received his B.A. in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Oklahoma and earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Matthew currently serves on one university board, multiple private company boards, is listed annually as a D CEO ‘top 500 most influential business leader’ and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO North Texas Chapter).
Abe Minkara is the Founding Partner at Legacy Knight. Prior to Legacy Knight, Abe was the Managing Director at Mark Cuban Companies.
Abe is actively engaged as an advisor and board member with a number of companies leveraging his expertise in strategy, operations, and capital allocation to help accelerate their growth. Abe is also a board member at Springboard Enterprises, a global platform focused on accelerating the growth of women-led businesses.
Additionally, Abe is a Member of the YPO Dallas Gold Chapter and currently serves on the board.
Brad Martin is Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Legacy Knight.
Before joining Legacy Knight, Brad worked in various positions and responsibilities for a family office in Dallas. He started as Accounting Manager for the family’s RIA and worked his way up to CFO. During his tenure, Brad was instrumental in implementing a new performance tracking and client reporting software for the family’s fund of fund products, streamlining the quarterly billing process, enhancing management reporting, and other process improvements.
Prior to his time with the family office, Brad spent almost 10 years progressing through the accounting profession, with roles at KPMG, American Airlines, and Brinker International.
Brad received his BBA in Accounting and MBA from Baylor University.
McCall Tomeny is the Head of Family Office and Partner at Legacy Knight.
McCall previously served as an Investment Specialist at the J.P. Morgan Private bank, where he provided wealth management advice and solutions to wealthy families, institutions, foundations, and endowments. McCall began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2015 in the analyst program.
McCall graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Finance and Minor in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans. While at Loyola University, he was a member of the basketball team and was inducted into the Loyola University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2023.
Wes Homeyer is the Head of Real Estate and Partner at Legacy Knight.
Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Wes served as Managing Director at The Nehemiah Companies (TNC), where he was responsible for the Build-to-Rent business. Wes managed the growth of the Build-to-Rent business from inception, ultimately growing the platform to over $450 million in development value.
Before TNC, Wes worked as a Land Acquisition Manager at David Weekley Homes, responsible for land acquisition and development of over $467 million in development value. Before David Weekley Homes, he gained early career experience at Pulte Group in multiple operational roles.
Wes received his B.B.A. from the University of North Texas and his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
David Meaney is Head of OCIO and Partner at Legacy Knight. David has over 25 years of industry experience, having been involved with the investment and/or deployment of over $5 billion in capital across both the public and private space in past roles.
Prior to Legacy Knight, David founded Exorior LLC, an investment management and advisory firm focused on private market deal sourcing and capital introduction services through its subsidiary, Exorior Advisory Services LLC. In 2017, he co-founded an energy-focused investment management firm, Assert Capital Mgmt., and subsequently launched an energy-focused directional long/short commodity hedge fund. From 2005-2017, he held a progressive series of roles with BP Capital Mgmt./TBP Investments, the hedge fund management company and family office founded by T. Boone Pickens, where he was a member of the Investment Committee, a Portfolio Manager, and ultimately rose to Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer.
Aside from his business activities, David is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, an advisory board member for the Louisiana Tech Student Managed Investment Fund, and serves on the board of Park Cities Delta Waterfowl.
Christina Allred is a Finance Manager at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Christina served as a Senior Audit Associate in Asset Management at KPMG in Dallas, TX.
Christina graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting and with a Masters in Science of Accounting from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and is licensed as a CPA with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Garrett Bailey is the Director of Investments at Legacy Knight.
Before joining Legacy Knight, Garrett was a Vice President on the research team at EPIQ Capital Group, where he underwrote investments in real estate, private credit, private equity, and venture capital. He also served on the Investment Committee and played a key role in portfolio construction for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Garrett began his career in PWC’s accounting program in 2017.
Garrett earned both a B.B.A and Master’s in Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Allie Burgin is the Chief of Staff for the Family Office at Legacy Knight.
Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Allie worked at Goldman Sachs in Dallas, Texas, within the Private Wealth Management division.
Before joining Goldman Sachs, Allie worked as an Analyst at a private family office in Dallas, Texas.
Allie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma’s Michael F. Price College of Business with a B.B.A in Finance.
Brandon Chau is an Investment Analyst at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Brandon interned as a Finance and Investment Analyst at 8VC in Austin, Texas.
Brandon graduated from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Investment.
Phil Clark is the Managing Director of Real Estate at Legacy Knight. Phil has spent his entire 45-year career in professional sales and marketing, with the majority of that time in the financial services industry. Since 2012, he has served as Managing Director for Phoenix Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm with over $2 billion under management. In 2004, he co-founded Epoch Investment Partners, which grew from $600 million in Assets Under Management to $25 billion when he retired in June of 2012. Prior, he was a 17-year veteran of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., now part of AllianceBernstein. His responsibilities included that of National Managing Director of Bernstein’s private client business. Previously, he was Managing Director of Bernstein’s Institutional Asset Management business and initiated and managed Bernstein’s sub-advisory business. Prior to Bernstein, Phil spent five years as President of InveQuest Securities, a family-owned investment firm focused on wealthy individuals and seven years in marketing at IBM.
Phil holds a BS in Administrative Sciences from Yale University.
Cullen Crombie, CAIA is a Senior Vice President for the Family Office at Legacy Knight.
Prior to joining Legacy Knight in 2021, Cullen served as an analyst at Tolleson Wealth Management, where he assisted in managing assets, preparing advice, and providing analysis to client families. He started his career at BOK Financial (NASDAQ: BOKF) in the Company’s credit training program.
Cullen is registered as a CAIA Charterholder. Before starting his career, he earned a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, with a double minor in Finance and History. Outside of work, Cullen serves on the Endowment Board of Parish Episcopal School as Chairman of the Alternative Investments Committee.
Sterling Curry is a Senior Vice President at Legacy Knight.
Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Sterling served as a Founding Partner and Head of Business Development & Investor Relations at Dune Ridge Capital, where he was responsible for leading capital formation, managing investor relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with limited partners and stakeholders.
Before Dune Ridge Capital, Sterling worked in Business Development at Americana Partners, where he focused on deepening relationships with high-net-worth families and delivering tailored wealth management strategies aligned with their long-term goals.
Sterling graduated with a B.B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. He remains actively involved in organizations that reflect his professional interests and personal values.
Mollie Deaconson is a Senior Accountant at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Mollie served as an Audit Associate at KPMG in Dallas, TX.
Mollie graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Accounting and with a Master of Accountancy from the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. Mollie is licensed as a CPA with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Cole Filley is a Real Estate Analyst at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Cole served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at The Retail Connection, where he was responsible for representing some the largest retail companies and landlords such as Costco, Amazon, Rosewood Properties and The Mark Cuban Company.
Cole earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
Karley Kampf is an Operations Coordinator for the Family Office at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Karley worked in accounting at a privately held family office in the oil and gas industry.
Karley graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in History.
Brittany Karl is a Tax Strategist for the Family Office at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Brittany worked at PwC in Dallas, Texas within the Personal Financial Services tax group.
Brittany graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting and with a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. Brittany is licensed as a CPA with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Eben Noverr is an Analyst at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Eben worked as a Graduate Analyst for SMU’s Finance and Budgeting team.
Eben graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Economics, a Master’s in Science of Finance, and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the Cox School of Business.
Alex Rosellini is a Senior Accountant at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Alex worked in the state and local tax group at Grant Thornton in Dallas, TX.
Alex graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting and with a Masters in Science of Accounting from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in 2022. Alex is licensed as a CPA with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Sam Stelk is a Vice President at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Sam worked as an Associate in Asset Management at MoxieBridge, where he managed and operated 2.5 million square feet of real estate across multiple Texas markets. Before MoxieBridge, Sam was a Senior Associate in the Advisory and Audit practices at KPMG in Dallas.
Sam graduated Cum Laude from the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business with a B.B.A in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy. Sam is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Asher Waker is an Investment Analyst at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Asher worked as a Financial Analyst at Waker Financial in Austin, Texas.
Asher graduated with a MS in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and a BS in Chemistry with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin College of Natural Sciences.
Ethan Williams is an Investment Associate at Legacy Knight. Prior to joining Legacy Knight, Ethan served as an Investment Analyst at Tolleson Wealth Management, where he was responsible for underwriting investments across both private and public markets.
Ethan earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

Andrew Swartz
Andrew Swartz is the CEO at SBI Investments, Partner at HalBar Partners. Prior, Andrew Swartz was the Chief Investment Officer for J Cleo Thompson, a Dallas-based family office. In that role, he identified investment opportunities, leads due diligence and negotiation of investment terms, as well as performance monitoring on deployed capital. Prior to joining Thompson, Andrew served as President – Business Development at Henry Investment Group. Andrew currently serves as CEO of Swartz & Brough, Inc, a privately held investment company, and Trustar Real Estate, currently the largest broker of HUD REO in the state of Texas.
Jack Selby
Jack R. Selby is a Managing Director at Thiel Capital. He is a former Managing Director at Clarium Capital Management LLC. Prior to Clarium, Mr. Selby served as a Corporate Officer and Senior Vice President of PayPal, Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL). Mr. Selby was an original member of the founding PayPal team, and served in a variety of roles during his tenure at the company, including the management of PayPal’s international operations. Prior to PayPal, Mr. Selby worked for GFTA Analytics GmbH, a Dusseldorf-based financial consulting company which provides foreign exchange solutions to financial institutions, multi-national corporations, governments, central banks and institutional investors. Mr. Selby is a graduate of Hamilton College (NY).
Matthew McMahan
Matthew McMahan is currently Co-President of JMCFM, LLC, a single-family office. Prior to establishing JMCFM, Matthew was instrumental in creating Tailwind Advisors, a single family turned multi-family office that started in January 2009. Before Tailwind, Matthew spent time building True North Advisors, an independent RIA. From 2001-2004 he enjoyed his time in Breckenridge as a dedicated skier, and in New York City waiting tables before joining UBS. Matthew graduated with a business degree from Baylor University. His family today invests most of their time serving the Non-Profit “Serve Hope International” they started 6 years ago.
Dewey Corley
Dewey Corley is head of a Shreveport, Louisiana based family investment platform, Dewey is a private investor who has over 25 years of substantial experience in private equity and other alternative investments. Dewey has served on the boards of numerous endowments, foundations and other nonprofit organizations. He is currently serving on Board of Director at Focusing Philanthropy and advisor to board of directors at Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Dewey was a Captain in the United States Air Force. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Tulane University and Bachelors of Science Degree, Business Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
Guy Patton
Guy Patton is president and CEO of the University of Oklahoma Foundation, an independent, not-for-profit organization that serves as the principal depository for the private fundraising efforts of the University of Oklahoma. Assets of the foundation exceed $1 billion. Previously, Guy was with Fidelity Investments for more than 22 years. He joined Fidelity in 1985 as a sales representative in its retail business. For launching the industry’s first internet-based 401(k) product, he was named “Co-Impact Player-of-the-Year” by Defined Contribution News in 2000. In 2004, he became president of Fidelity’s retirement and outsourcing business, with nearly 5,000 employees and revenues of over $2.5 billion. Guy received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Oklahoma.
